Microwave Use:

Remove the outer lid (detach by gently pressing the lid hinges), spoon, fork, stainless steel divider, and partition board before reheating.

Reheat in maximum increments of 1 minute at 1000W. If necessary, use oven mitts when removing the box from the microwave.

Dishwasher Use:

For best results, place the lunch box on the top rack of the dishwasher.

All FOOD TIE lunch boxes come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll repair it, replace it, or offer a full or partial refund — your satisfaction is our priority.

To make a warranty claim, you must:

Notify FOOD TIE in writing within the warranty period.

Provide proof of purchase.

Supply clear photo and/or video evidence of the fault. (For leaking issues, video evidence is required.)

In some cases, we may request the item be returned for an in-house assessment or ask for additional information to help identify the issue.

Please note:

Warranty is void if the product shows signs of misuse, incorrect cleaning, general wear and tear, or has not been cared for as recommended.

We are unable to replace items that have been lost, destroyed, or damaged beyond assessment.
