Hello,
I have sent a couple of emails since last Wednesday 1st April but have not received a response. I am unsure if my emails have been missed, gone to junk, or if staff are away at the moment due to Easter school holidays. My email reads:
“I think I may have been shipped the containers in “Light Green” instead of in “Avocado Green”. Please see image attached.
In the photos on your website Avocado Green looks like a deeper, more saturated shade. Would you please clarify? If I’m mistaken, do you have an image of containers in these 2 colours taken side by side in natural light as a comparison ? I can see them on your website but they’re studio/ professional images with light saturation effects."
I attached a photo of the containers sent to me in my emails. Would someone please respond?
