Great quality, just mind the size. The quality is absolutely 5 stars, the metal is solid and the lids are airtight. 70ml is the exact size of a standard restaurant sauce cup. It's plenty for ketchup or dressing, but if you're a massive hummus heavy-dipper, you might empty it quickly!

Cleans up spotless. Unlike plastic condiment cups that get stained by ketchup or sriracha and never feel fully clean, these go straight into the top rack of the dishwasher and come out sparkling. The set of 3 means I always have a clean one ready.

Great for supplements and protein powders. I actually use one of these to hold my pre-workout powder mix and the other two for peanut butter to eat with my bananas at the gym. The 70ml capacity is just right for individual serving sizes. Super tough metal base too.

Microwave safe stainless steel? Genius. I didn't believe the description at first, but the stainless steel base is fully microwave safe! I use them to pack gravy or warm peanut sauce for my lunches. Just pop the silicone lid loose, microwave it for 20 seconds, and it's perfect. Mind blown.
