Why am I unable to lock the sealing clip ?

It is because the PP holder ( which is attached to the stainless steel container ) has come down a bit. Pull it up well until it meets the top edge of the stainless steel container and now you can lock the sealing clip.

What is the Lunch Box made from ?

It is made up of Food Grade 304 Stainless Steel, PP Material and Silicone.

Who is it suitable for ?

Suitable for school students, office goers, and picnic buddies.

How to use it in the microwave ?

We recommend you to remove the outside lid, partition board and stainless steel divider before heating in the microwave.

Reheat in maximum increments of 1 minute at 1000w.

Will the Lunch Box leak or spill inside the bag?

No, it is completely Leak Proof. No worries of it.

Is it Dishwasher safe?

Yes, we recommend you to use it in the top rack of the dishwasher.

Where can I keep the Fork and Spoon ?

You don't have to keep the fork and spoon separately. They are kept in the top of the partition board. So no fear of spoiling your bag with dirty fork and spoon.

All FOOD TIE lunch boxes come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll repair it, replace it, or offer a full or partial refund — your satisfaction is our priority.

To make a warranty claim, you must:

Notify FOOD TIE in writing within the warranty period.

Provide proof of purchase.

Supply clear photo and/or video evidence of the fault. (For leaking issues, video evidence is required.)

In some cases, we may request the item be returned for an in-house assessment or ask for additional information to help identify the issue.

Please note:

Warranty is void if the product shows signs of misuse, incorrect cleaning, general wear and tear, or has not been cared for as recommended.

We are unable to replace items that have been lost, destroyed, or damaged beyond assessment.
